  • Can you explain more about Spanish levels?
    The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is an international benchmark for assessing language proficiency, categorizing it into six levels: A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, and C2. The table shows what a student should be able to do in reading, listening, speaking, and writing.
  • What is your methodology?
    Take a free trial class, and you will not only learn our methodology but also experience it. “Call bottom Book a free trial class”
  • What do I need to do to begin classes?
    1- We will have an introductory conversation via Zoom or phone call with you to learn about your specific needs, motivations, and expectations and answer any questions. 2- We will invite you to take a free 45-minute trial lesson. 3- If you have some knowledge of Spanish, we will send you a test assessment before the trial. 4- After that, you schedule the classes at your convenience and pay for four lessons in advance.
  • What platform do you use?
    We use Ayotree, a learning management system (LMS) and school management software. It works on computers, laptops, and phones. You do not need to download any app.
  • What are the necessary technology requirements?
    You will need a reliable internet connection. You can access the virtual classroom on a computer, tablet, or smartphone. You will require a device with speakers, a camera, and a microphone.
  • How do I pay?
    You can pay directly on Ayotree via PayPal or credit card (Visa and Master) You can pay via Zelle. Our payment information Nancy Penaloza, nancyp@novaspanish.com If you need to pay with a different method, just let us know, and we can evaluate it.
  • Can I buy a single class, or must I purchase packages?
    Our offer is a package of four lessons. If you have a specific need, we can discuss it.
  • Is there a limit to the number of lessons per week?
    You decide the number of classes per week. We recommend a minimum of two lessons per week.
  • Can I book a class?
    You can set the classes or book them at your availability.
  • Can I cancel a class?
    If you need to cancel a class, you must do it 24 hours before it starts to avoid charges. You need to text 346-247-9306 or send an email to nancyp@nocaspanish.com.
  • Can I mix up a class?
    If you cancel a class on time, you can mix it up. You won't be able to reschedule a late cancelation class.
  • Discontinuing the classes and reimbursement
    If you need to discontinue the course, you must send an email or a text message 24 hours before the next scheduled class; otherwise, you must pay for it. If you discontinue the course before completing the paid classes, we will reimburse you the remaining amount if we receive the notification according to the cancelation policy.
